In a small corner room, in a small facility in SE Washington DC, stations were set up where women could choose to receive free manicures, hair touch ups, waxing, facials and make up. As they entered the room they were assigned a number and time slot and were sent on their Spa Day experience. There were raffles to local shows every half hour, a spa themed food spread and each guests received a gift bag at the end of their visit filled with things all women love such as make up and smell goods!
